The Scotty 4000 pump is a single action pump. The pump has a brass pump chamber protected by an engineering grade polymer sleeve. No tools are required to disassemble the unit, it can be completely disassembled by hand for in-the-field maintenance.

The Scotty 4002V Water Vest can be used to transport a supply of water and/or foam concentrate (Class A or Class B) to an incident scene. Comes with three adjustable chest buckles, a 4" wide filler port and 3/4" GHT outlet. It provides the wearer with a safe and comfortable method to carry liquids used during fire fighting operations.

The Scotty 4039-15FFA "Foam Factory" is a system that can transform any pressurized fire hose or water supply line into a stand alone fire foam generating station. A fire crew can arrive at an incident where a thick layer of foam is required, a spill or haz-mat situation, attach a supply hose, place it where the foam is needed and adjust the water flow for the desired foam

The Scotty 4000F pump is a single action pump, with a foam educting attachment and air aspirating nozzle (4003). The 4000F-BP eliminates the need to batch mix when Class A foam is required. Each time the pump is charged, 1% of foam concentrate is educted into the pump chamber. The 4003 air aspirating nozzle generates foam when the pump is discharged.

The Back Pack (4002A) has a capacity of 5 US gallons (19 Lts). Manufactured from a strong polyester based fabric, protected by a thermoplastic polymer. It has a 4" filling port with a removable debris screen, 2" wide shoulder straps and 3" wide shoulder pads.

The 4071 Foam Eductor/Mixer is a simple "A-the-P" unit to educt foam concentrate into hose lines. It is mounted between the discharge and suction side of a pump. For use on portable forestry pumps or fitted permanently to skid units, the 4071 is a simple and effective way for fire departments to add a foam capability to their equipment.

The unit is adjustable, permitting various foam percentages to be inducted depending on the nozzles being used. A 4071 includes the eductor, pressure hose and pick-up hose. A 4071KIT includes the eductor, pressure hose, pick-up hose and two connecting tees; a 1 1/2" and a 2" size with NPSH threads.

The Scotty 4010-3 is the most simple and effective method of deploying a foam surfactant/wetting agent onto a fire scene from a 3/4" garden hose. The 4010-3 was designed with the professional firefighter in mind and is recommended for agency personnel only. To operate, simply open the inlet side of the mixing chamber, insert a foam cartridge, reseal the inlet end cap, attach to a 3/4" garden hose and spray foam. The 4010-3 will flow water at a rate of 3 gpm (11 Lpm) when attached to a standard 3/4" garden hose line. The Scotty 4010 Foam Cartridges are 100% non-toxic and biodegradable. Cartridges are sold separately. The 4010-3 is recommended for use with water pressures between 35 psi and 85 psi (the higher the pressure, the greater the reach of stream).

The Scotty 4044 "Revolver" Nozzle is Scotty's unique answer for the need of a multi-aperature, low flow field nozzle. The 4044 can be set on one of four different flow rates, three in a straight stream mode and one in a slot/fan pattern. The pre-set flow rates are 3, 6, 9 and 12 gpm. The flow rate is easily changed by rotating the outer barrel to a desired setting. The nozzle also has an "OFF" position. The Revolver Nozzle is manufactured from glass-reinforced, engineering-grade polymers. Using this material makes the Scotty 4044 very lightweight, extremely durable and absolutely corrosion proof. The nozzle can be used with Class A or Class B foams, but is not designed to generate the type of bubble structure typical of our air-aspirating foam nozzles. The 4044 Nozzle comes with 1.5" male NPSH threads on the nozzle body.

The Scotty Revolver Nozzle can be purchased with either 1.5" male NPSH threads (4044-YF) or with 1.5" Male NHT threads (4044A-YF).
